Natural Capital Special Situations Fund (NCSSF)
In April 2025 AAGIM will launch its first fund, after almost 20 years of operating direct segregated accounts for sovereign funds, institutional investors, family offices and listed entities.
The Fund leverages AAGIM’s extensive experience in both transformational agriculture: buying distressed or underperforming assets and rapidly bringing then to their highest and best use and value. In the increasingly volatile agricultural and indeed world economic environment, investing in natural capital and special situations will create real value opportunities for investors. The NCSSF allows risk adverse investors to participate in value created through the down cycles which are inevitable in agriculture – as well as the opportunities for transformational value accretion built on our very long experience in this sector.
The fund will focus it’s investments where it can achieve a return to investors exceeding 15%, based on an active, high impact investment approach balanced with strong and stable governance.
The NCSSF is anticipated to be a wholesale only, one-off fund.
