Mark joined AAGIM in 2025 and is responsible for financial and investment strategy, fund management structuring, investor relationship management, capital management, governance, risk and compliance stewardship.
Prior to joining AAGIM, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer & Company Secretary at Lighthouse Infrastructure. Previously he also gained over 18 years of international senior executive experience across energy, renewables, financial services, transportation and professional services sectors.
Mark is a graduate of the Institution of Company Directors (GAICD), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University. Mark has a background in mixed agriculture from the UK.
